Develop official FEICA standpoints, statements and recommendations on technical, safety, health and environmental issues, which will be given to the national member associations.

FEICA Exposure Scenario TECHNICAL Working Group (ES WG) - Closed
As a partner in RIP 3.2 and RIP 3.5 and in cooperation with the EU Commission and other industry associations FEICA is developing its own standardised process for handling REACH exposure scenarios in the adhesives and sealants supply chain.

Hazardous Products & Environment TECHNICAL Working Group (HAZPRO WG)
Classification and labelling of substances and preparations (CLP); Globally Harmonized System (GHS); substances issues (under REACh or other regulations not covered by other working groups); transport issues/dangerous goods.

GHS / CLP Technical Task Force
FEICA input to the UN GHS and the CLP; assistance to FEICA members in implementing the CLP.

Globally Harmonized Systems Technical Task Force (GHS TTF)
The GHS Technical Task Force will analyse drafts and papers and will develop statements of the adhesive industry regarding the introduction of GHS (Global Harmonised System) into the EU. The main focus is on the internet consultation and the impact of the implementation of the new system parallel to REACH.

Volatil Organic Compounds Technical Task Force (VOC TTF)
FEICA input to the review of the 2004/42/EC Directive and other VOC issues.

Paper & Packaging Adhesives including FCA Technical Working Group(PP WG)
Issues regarding paper and packaging adhesives and their value chain including: food contact issues, recycling, waste, related EU and international standards.

FACET Technical Task Force
Representing and defending our Industry is the FACET project (exposure to food contact in packaging).

REACH Implementation Technical Working Group (REACH Impl WG)
Responsible for REACH issues specifically related to the adhesives and sealants manufacturing industry.

Sustainability Technical Working group
The Sustainability Technical Task Force will have the objective to define FEICA’s role in the area of sustainability but also to demonstrate to legislators and other stakeholders such as our customers what we are doing in this area.

Workers Safety Technical Working Group (WS WG) - Closed
The Workers Safety Technical Working Group will work to improve safety in adhesives and sealants factories by exchanging best practices and discussing about concrete actions that can be taken to improve the behavioural safety on sites. In order to monitor the process the group will also develop a benchmarking system. Furthermore, the group will identify where necessary possible partners to join efforts.

One Component Foam Technical Task Force (TTF OCF)
OCF Technical Task Force will produce meaning full test methods for foam related products as well as technical guidelines for best quality practices.

Construction Technical Working Group
The Construction Technical Working Group will build an in-depth awareness of new EU legislations and EU initiatives related to both Sustainability and Harmonized Standards in the construction industry with the aim of identifying areas where FEICA needs to act. The group will actively promote the use of adhesives in the construction industry as a driver to improve sustainability in this area.
