Executive Board Directors

Composition

The Executive Board (EB) is composed of at least nine members:

• The FEICA President
• The FEICA Vice-President
• The Chairman of the European Technical Board (ETB)
• The Chairman of the European Business board (EBB)
• 3 Representative(s) of the National Association Members
• 2 Representative(s) of the Direct Company Members

• The FEICA Secretary General

Terms of Reference:

The Executive Board (EB) is the governing body of FEICA and shall form and propose the policies of the Association and guide and approve the programmes of the different activities and position papers of the Association.
Each EB Member possesses one vote and a majority of three quarters of the votes of the members present is required for the taking decisions.

The EB shall in particular:

• Appoint the General Secretary of the Association
• Approve membership applications
• Delegate task(s), on a temporarily basis, to a European National Association Member, in accordance with a “Brief Letter” adopted by the Executive Board defining the task(s), method of working, scope of responsibilities on behalf of the Association, and any costs to be reimbursed
• Present the Annual Report of the Association to the General Assembly
• Prepare the Agenda for the General Assembly meetings
• Check the Annual Accounts and presents these, together with the Reports of the Auditor, to the General Assembly
• Prepare the annual budget

• Elect the members of the ETB, EBB, subcommittees and other working groups.
